Meet Andrew Robertson —

the practitioner behind

TwentySix Group

Andrew helps firm owners find the profit already sitting in their client base because he spent 30 years doing exactly that, building his own practice to 27 people.

Most coaches teach the theory. Andrew ran the firm.

Andrew is a Fellow Chartered Accountant who grew his own firm to 27 people and was one of the first in Australia to ditch timesheets for value pricing back when the rest of the profession said clients would never accept it.

Getting there took more than 1,000 sales meetings. That's where the Command The Profit You Deserve system was forged: how to price work to its real value, how to present a proposal that gets a decision on the day, and how to build a team that owns the work. His cold-lead conversion rate ended up at 60% most firms convert warm referrals at less than that.

Since then, he has mentored 135+ accounting and bookkeeping firms. The pattern never changes: around 40% of clients underpriced, profit leaking through write-offs, and an owner working harder every year for the same money. The money is there. It's just not being charged for.

That's what TwentySix Group fixes — starting with a free Pricing Review Diagnostic that shows you the gap in dollars, using your own numbers.

Away From the Firm

Andrew grew up in a small NSW farming town, gain experience working in his grandfather's warehousing business where he first learned why owners need to know their numbers.

He's a lifelong sportsman: sprinter, rugby league and touch footy player, and at 46 he stepped on stage in a bodybuilding competition against blokes half his age.

Raising the bar is just how he's wired.

Stop the underpricing. Start commanding the profit you deserve.

Every established firm is sitting on profit it isn't charging for. We find it, and we price it properly.

Then we fix what the underpricing broke. A sales process so clients say yes to the new price. Roles and reporting so your team owns the work instead of waiting to be chased. A workflow so jobs go out on time without you holding it together.

You end up charging what the work is worth, with a team that runs it. More profit. Fewer hours. The firm you meant to build.
